Ciro Cattaneo, is our very own Culinary Maestro. He was instrumental in bringing authentic Italian Gastronomy to Chennai, back in 1998.

Ciro grew up in a family of restaurateurs in Roma, Italy, where he took to learning traditional Italian cooking from his 'Nonna' and 'Madre', from a very young age.

He perfected the art of making pizzas and learnt that the difference between a good pizza & a great one, lay in its foundation - the pizza base!

Types Of Pizza

Chef Ciro spent years developing his own secret pizza dough recipe that is kneaded, folded & shaped, by hand, into two classic Italian pizza styles - the Romana and Napoletano.

Romana Pizza

The Romana Pizza has a traditional thin crispy crust with toppings that nearly cover the entire base. The thin crust makes the pizza light, fresh and a healthy yet delicious option.

Napoletano Pizza

The Napoletano pizza on the other hand has a fluffy, soft and thin crust with a thick., airy & crispy edge, for those who love to indulge.

Wood-Fired Pizzas &
The Finest Ingredients

Besides the mastery of our chef, we realise the best pizza is only as good as its ingredients. So in addition to building a custom made wood-fired oven, we also make sure to use very specific imported ingredients, like our '00' pizza flour, the creamiest mozzarella, top grade olive oil and the best red vine tomatoes.

Ordered inferno pizza from Ciro’s Indiranagar. It was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. We were confused between which crust to order: romana or napoletana but ended up getting the 12 inches napoletana because of the thin crust and to my delight it was amazing. The bacon, sausages, pepperoni all added to the amazing crust and cheese was a flavoursome experience.

Head out to this place for authentic Italian pizza. They have a large variety of pizzas and unique garlic breads to pair with the nom veg I had one of the most flavourful, soft and thin crust pizza. Chicken topping were juicy, tender and filled with flavours. Packaging was also very nice.
